If you have a license for Toast 5 Titanium, you can download the OS X updater for free from Roxio. If you don't have Toast 5 Titanium, get it for $75 from the MacMall catalog, then download the free OS X updater from Roxio.
I've used it in OS X and it's brilliant! Better than the OS 9 version because you can truly burn CDs in the background and not worry about the OS hiccuping and having to redo the CD.
