Fixed my problem. I had a utility that fixed it already on my hard drive and didnt 
realize I had it.

 I have the latest XLR8 software which has a patch file that will modify the Startup 
Disk control
panel to allow OS X to boot on Beige G3 machines with G4 processors.

Computer works like a charm now.
