Hi,

I have a beige G3 minitower 266Mhz. I have not been able to figure out how
to access the area where the RAM or processor is. I can open the computer
using the green button on the top on the one side. When I pull the side away
I can see in and access the drive bays. I don't see the RAM slots or the
processor. There is a piece of molded plastic that is horizontally attached
to a crosspiece by several sets of pegs. If I look through this piece I can
see the PCI slots. I've tried to slip this piece of plastic out but have not
been able to do it with an amount of force that I think is safe.

So, what am I doing wrong? Is there another access route to get in to the
other side of the computer? Is there a web page that has pictures for
accessing the insides of this machine?

Thanks,
Gregory
