The very cheapest is about $40 from 1-800-4-MEMORY. Today (4/17) OWC is selling at $41 - a great deal! I've seen the RAM Disk option in the Memory panel, but always wondered what exactly it did. Is this like specifying a RAM disk on Photoshop (if one has two drives)?
