The fans used in Apple-specified power supplies are pretty good quality.

However, if you MUST replace the fan, Panasonic has several which will allow 
you to tradeoff noise and cooling capacity.

Panasonic fans are available from Digi-Key, among many other places.

Panasonic has ball bearing and Hydro Wave bearing fans. The Hydro Wave fans 
are supposed to be much quieter.

I am going to change the fan in my Beige G3 DT in order to obtain better 
cooling, going from the standard 42 CFM unit to a 65 CFM unit.
