However, if you MUST replace the fan, Panasonic has several which will allow you to tradeoff noise and cooling capacity. Panasonic fans are available from Digi-Key, among many other places. Panasonic has ball bearing and Hydro Wave bearing fans. The Hydro Wave fans are supposed to be much quieter.
