I really do doubt that you have been targetted. If someone wanted to mail bomb you, you'd have thousands of messages with multi-megabyte attachments. And if it was someone targetting Mac users, they would have sent you a virus that actually affected Macs rather than Windows files which are no more than a curiosity.
