I really do doubt that you have been targetted. If someone wanted to mail
bomb you, you'd have thousands of messages with multi-megabyte attachments.
And if it was someone targetting Mac users, they would have sent you a
virus that actually affected Macs rather than Windows files which are no
more than a curiosity. 

Napoleon Bonaparte once said "Do not ascribe to malice that which is
adequately
explained by incompetence," and I think that's the case here -- viruses are
being sent all over at random, and it's just bad luck you've been hit.
