i found some email addresses on their site, and also through spamcop.net found some other email address as well as email addresses for reporting this kind of abuse to the people who are supposed to oversee it. i'll let the lists know which addresses work after i give things time to bounce or not bounce (no point in bouncing email around). p.s. i did send my complaint in screaming all caps, tagged with highest priority ( a "feature" i really hate, hopefully they find it annoying as well!). -- Philip Stortz, mad scientist at large. -- "I think there is a world market for maybe five computers." --Thomas Watson, chairman of IBM, 1943
