You can see it that way if you want, but the wording of the Dotster 
reply shows neither acceptance of 'guilt' nor willingness to 
relinquish the domain out of good will.  All it says is the they have 
talked to the original owner, the original owner knows how he lost 
it, and they are giving it back.
