You may freely intermix PC66, PC100, PC133 and PC150 SDRAM in any order in any size. The only SDRAM the Beige machines will not correctly handle are certain SDRAM sticks which were designed as 512 MB, but were stuffed as single-sided, 256 MB SDRAM, not double-sided SDRAM, and the EPROM was programmed that way (256 MB).
