i'd go for the pc133, it's more likely that way that you can use the ram
later when you get a faster machine.  i'd also recommend crucial.com for
memory, or at least checking their price.  crucial's ram is the ram
apple usually uses.  i'm not sure if it will make the machine faster or
not, but with a small price change i'd definitely get the better ram
that will be more useful in the future, like when you get a g4 (no doubt
some will be available cheaply in a few years).
