hello, my powerbook g3 500mhz has stopped recognising the firewire bus. this is really sporadic as well in that sometimes it works, sometimes it dont.... i've had various different suggestions as to how to fix this but it's so unreliable now that i suspect a hardware fault. i've just restarted it now and the bus is back up! i didnt change a thing.....
