Hi, My configuration: DT G3/233 Rev A, 192MB RAM, 80 GB HD, running OS 9.2.2. I also have an older Analog Sony camcorder (reason for the Formac Studio), and I'm interested to work with my videos on my computer. Some years ago, I've done already a first try (with little success) with Iomega Buz (doesn't work anymore with MacOS 9).
My questions: 1. Which FireWire PCI card will fit best in my G3/233 Rev A? 2. Will Formac Studio FireWire work on my computer with a PCI FireWire card or do you need original Apple FireWire connections? 3. Should I consider overclocking? 4.
