Hi Tina and G-listers: Pardon my paranoia, but more & more it seems that Jobs was allowed to head Apple in order to provide a bulwark against Linux. Witness Job's rather childish attempt to hire Linus Torvalds (!) about a year ago. At least one leading light from the Open Source crowd succumbed to Apple's siren song. George
