Drive Setup will reinitialize that hard drive as if it is a SCSI hard drive, which is how these cards operate. Although the data on the hard drive doesn't actually have to be changed (only the hidden partitions need to be mucked with) so far no card manufacturer has seen fit to make a "transition" tool. Therefore, all your data will be lost during the rewriting of the hidden partitions.
