well, 100 mhz is allot more than 66 mhz, it would be like trying to run
that 300 mhz processor at 450, not likely to work.  your ram may be fast
enough, but the other chips on the board, like the ones that interface
the ram to the processor, won't be.  it probably won't work at all (i'd
be amazed if it even booted, or even managed a sad mac).  if it did
work, yes, you would probably fry the bus electronics as they'd be
dissipating allot more power, in cmos electronics (which is basically
what all modern computer electronics are) power dissipation is
proportional to frequency, so if it did work the chips would have to
dissipate 50% more power.  best not to try it, unless you like large
clouds of smoke.  sorry.
