Sorry -- Hewlett Packard P PSC 950 All-in One prnter/scanner/copier/fax
which is BTW the only multi-function according to what I found in the
way of reviews that really works well with OS X and in the two days
I've had it, I've really put it through its paces and it's working great.

As far as OS 9 not starting, now when I reboot I get a message that says
I have a drive that is not readable... so apparantly disaster has
struck my Maxtor 6L080L4 drive which I installed a couple weeks ago and
was working beautifully. System Profiler doesn't even see it. (Hard for
me to imagine why loading a printer driver and fax software on Disk 1
would blow Disk 2...) Fortunately, I didn't have a Lot of data on it,
but some that I will miss...

Any suggestions I might try to get data back before I reformat the
disk???

What I changed was adding a new HP PSC 950 -- any ideas how this
could have corrupted my system? Do I reinstall 9 to solve the problem?

What is a HP PSC 950?
