Being unfamiliar with the original mac.com setup, does that quote mean 
that the email address of @mac.com was introduced for Mac iTools 
subscribers as being available and free "for life"? If that is so, are the 
lawyers circling already?
Wasn't it just recently that the threat of some class action forced Apple 
to provide some graphics support for earlier G3 models [again unsure of 
the details but no doubt someone here will correct this]?
Are the two instances of Apple reneging on an earlier promise similar [if 
that is what has happened]?
