I viewed the 8 minute video with
Steve Jobs explaining the Megahertz Myth at the Apple website. The myth
being that processor speed is a misleading benchmark particularly between
Macs and PC's. In the example shown a G4 867MHz processor blows away a
Pentium 1.7GHz processor. I am curious.. is there a similar benchmark test
between the G3 processor and Pentium processor? Specifically, what I would
like to know is how my B&W G3 compares to a Pentium machine.
