If you install the software, following the directions, you will need to restart,
and during the restart you should see it do it's stuff. Once that is done, you can
open the app and it will show you chip speed, cache speed and memory speed. The
image that shows up will show whether the cache is there.

The logic board (or master) reset is done by pulling the PRAM battery, unpluging
the comp, pushing the power button 3-4 times for at least 10 secs each. After 30
minutes or so, put it all back together again, and away you go!
