I installed the beta on my Beige 266 (overclocked to 333) with an ATI Rage 128 video card and it istalled fine. I haven't played with it much though, I won't be using OS X as a main OS until I get a G4 ZIF for the Beige. I haven't tried it with the onboard graphics, but I don't think apple would introduce support for the onboard graphics on Beige's at 10.1.5, and then remove it with the next update.
