I've been thinking of using a VGA (or KVM) switchbox. Seems to be two
types, really cheap and really expensive (as much as a monitor). The cheap
ones have a mechanical rotary switch. Which kind do you have? Can you
switch with both machines on? Do you have to power everything down before
switching?
