RE; I disagree,they were unable to obtain the permissions and paperwork, to
build open or operate power plants necessary to run steel mills,however they
are all alive and quite well today,,, IN BRAZIL have been for years and are
still waiting permission to open the first power plant they no longer need
in OHIO
