Correct, both are limited to slowest Interface speed on the cable, so
the drive that is fastest in physical specs (>rpm, <seek time, >internal
transfer rate) would be best for the OS.  There may be a very miniscule
delay during startup if the master is checked first for a system folder,
then the slave, but this is likely to be not worth the bother.
