Jobs, as CEO, had to commit Apple to those products. He had to sign off on 
the investment and take responsibility for success or failure. He did break 
the mold of the industry in the matter of color and shape of the products -- 
even in the type of plastic used. He had faith in the unitary Mac, mass 
market principle. After he returned to Apple, the company revived. He quickly 
integrated the flat panel display in the unitary Mac. I don't think we can 
challenge him on that.
