This is an important thing though - the mouse, when invented at Xerox PARC,
and used with SmallTalk, the Alto, the Star, etc., had *THREE* buttons.  (I
think this is correct.  I'm pretty sure I remember that correctly.)  The
Macintosh team decided one button would be easier and more intuitive.  And
while MS used the whole "we all copied/stole from Xerox" excuse during the
old lawsuit, Apple let Xerox invest in Apple, in return for using some of
the work at PARC.  (This was when Apple stock was really booming.)
