RE; Im not sure what you have, but I do know there is a difference between A usb PCI card that will work in a mac and a PC,an example for PC as low as $5.00 dollars, for mac around $40, I will be upgradeing to USB-2 card when I changeover to OSX,,maybe cheaper by then,,hope this helps
