That's not what I meant. There is a website that deals
with community wireless access (USA & elsewhere);
ordinary folks using each others' nodes for both
access and relay. There's a G-List member (Clae, I
believe) who's doing this in Melbourne, Aus. Remember
"information wants to be free" - and the cheaper
access the better, IMHO.
