Oh man, if I had one here, I would help you. But I did it twice when 
I worked at a Computer Renaissance here in the Twin Cities a few 
years ago. First he wanted his ram upgraded, then he wanted a hard 
drive. I not just got the sales, but I got the installs too ($50 for 
the ram, $80 for the drive. 100% profit).
