Aaron, Whenever I access a music Web page with the G3 I get a message on AOL that tells me that a 'plug-in' is missing, yet I've downloaded the latest versions of Real and MS players. So I can't listen to BBC or WQXR and WNYC -- my favorite NYC stations. Although I have the Real folder and all its components, the Real Installer refuses to work. How can I solve this mystery? The odd thing is that even the MS player won't work on these Web sites. When I use the players independent of these Web pages, they do operate but very low audio levels.
