Have you tried using Internet Explorer to download real player. I believe you can use it even if your signed up with AOL. I would trying downloading and installer Real Player through IE. When you go through the installation process it's very important that you pick the right browser to install the plug-ins. If you can get IE working, then pick IE as your default location to install the plug ins. AOL has one of the worst Web browsers out there. It doesn't comply to any of the standards.
