I had a 450dp just like yours. I sold it to a friend last summer. I know that 10.2 would make some Finder work snappier, but QE seems to make thing better looking more than making things faster. I just bought a Porthole 867 dp and it runs very well. I don't think I would want anything slower than this. The Porthole 867 is more what I envisioned for my 450 dp becoming with OS X when I originally bought it.
