i would think so, but i think i do remember hearing of a problem like
this before, in which case it's definitely a poor choice on the part of
the manufacturer.  then again, the cleaner should say what's in it
(roughly at least) and of course the odor would be a clue as well.  it
could also be that you spread something from the edge of the screen or
nearby plastic around the screen onto the screen, i've done that before
as well.  it's worth a try.  definately odd.
