They *are* available, from time-to-time, from OWC.

I bought two of them recently.

$39.95 each.

They are "pulls", of course, and you should check to see of there is any 
physical damage before installing them.

Also, check and see if they are *precisely* as described: 68-pin *external* 
and internal interfaces, as well as a 50-pin internal interface.

Some are being shipped which don't meet the product description, and have a 
dummy plug where the 68-pin *external* connector should be.

Not withstanding the above, I have found the ATTO to be a very compatible 
card, from the 7200 to the Beige G3 (for which it was originally intended), 
and up to MacOS 9.x.

I don't have a B&W or anything later, and I don't run anything later than 
MacOS 9.x, so YMMV with other incarnations.
