I have a B&W G4/500 running 10.2.1 Last night a friend gave me a NEC multi-disc SCSI cdrom changer. It holds 7 cdroms with one drive. I dug out my Adaptec 2906, installed the 1.2 driver (I saw references on MacUpdate.com for 1.3 drivers but could not access them) from the Adaptec site, installed the card, connected the changer and booted up. System Profiler shows the 7 cdrom devices but when I put in a cdrom it tells me that the disc is unreadable and wants to ignore or eject it. Sigh...
