I have a G3 MT, 300 MHz,768 Ram, 40GB HD(partitioned in half 20/20 approx.)
running OS 9. I'm constantly receiving error messages or freeze ups at
various stages of start up. At times I won't receive an error message till
all is loaded and I click on a file to open it. The errors are BUS, illegal
instruction, errors07, 10 and102. I have installed the OS several times
already even using different disk to make certain the problem didn't lie
with a blemished cd disk. Could it be the hardware cable(s) be at the
incorrect connector by chance? I didn't install the HD personally so it is
possible the error was made in reconnecting the new HD.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Kim
