Dear Colleagues,

As I discussed with a few of our members, my LS 300 Laserwriter stopped
working with my Blue G3 running 9.1. When the LS is switched on it also slows
down everything else in the Blue. The LS is a serial printer, for which I
installed a serial board.

Dialog boxes come up which say that an application is still running or
another device is using the serial ports or that I should refer to the
Finder, which tells me nothing. How can I solve this problem?

Prior to this sudden LS problem, the printer worked very well. I checked the
Chooser and that seems to work OK.

Best,
Bob
