One thing everybody is overlooking is that each application needs to read files from the System folder. The rescue/install folders on the OEM CD's have these files. Ding - LIGHTBULB!!!!
What you have to do to make a multi-application CD is use toast or Disk Burner to make a new CD partition. Copy one utility's system folder to this partition along with the application folder. Use the installer for each other application to install the utility to this temporary partition. It you don't want to install everything you could drag the preference files off each CD along with the application. Or try dragging these files off your existing Hard Drive. Once you're done installing/copying, burn your CD. If you have the room save your temp. file so you can update it as needed and quickly burn a new CD.
