Im still having problems getting my zip to wirk in my B&W... 99% certian it
is from a Beige G3.

thing is everything reads it as being in the comp. sys pro/etc even
iomega Tools and Drive options see it as there

as it also see my scsi/ext zip as being there

both share same driver version....
v.6.0.8

Rom on the ATA is from '98:
25.D

Rom on the scsi is from '97:
H.14

everything seems fine on the surface but it wont read a disk, rather wont
recognize a disk when inserted. shows up as < no disk in drive > so cant
even run a diagnose for it. when/if left in after 10 mins or so a finder
window pops up as zip disk unreadable/reformat please type message.
but wont even reformat when chosen as option < other being eject >

from feedback and such my last hope is that it may need a firmware flash
to work correctly in the B&W but I have not been able to locate any info
or software on such a firmware/rom flash kit, or anything of the like.

Anyone have info or experience with such a thing or if it should even be
needed.

thanks
Ralph
