After some more thought and research here's the path Im going to take:
Although I wanted the xtra 33mhz and the 4x AGP slot, I cant afford the xtra
$200 in cost for the DV/QS motherboard <even after selling my soundblaster -
cost still too high for me> but I can see my upgrade path after this
one/next year since Ill have the PSU and Processor already =)
so....
1> Gigabit motherboard : $154
1> 22pin powersupply : $ 75
1> AGP G4/550 CPU : $125 <still not known if 100 or 133mhz>

sell my :
1> B&W r.2 motherboard : $ 110
1> B&W powersupply : $ 40
1> G4/400 ZIF CPU : $ 140

$ 290
Total cost when all is done $64 +/- $30 (shipping/misc/?)
then when I get bored Ill trade out my Radeon Mac/PCI for a sweet Geforce
AGP
Hope my ramblings have been of help to at least one person, for all the
clutter the last two days with my posts... the processor wont be available
to me for a couple more weeks so that will give me time to get everything
else here and ready... good thing is =) wont be anymore ramplings from me
here on the subject < can contact me off list if need any advice or ref. >
once I get everything up and running as a G4/550 -> 600 AGP Ill post again
with the info on the install and any discovered snags along the way.
