nope, that's exactly backwards! the processor is what sets the speed for everything else (basically). faster memory is ok, because the processor will use it at the slower speed. on the other hand, a processor that wants a faster bus will try and make the bus run at that higher rate which several things on the logic board won't like. the 100 vs 133 mhz is the bus speed, not the processor speed (which is higher), but may be set by the processor. you might be ok if you adjust the speed jumpers, which probably requires soldering on the processor module (not for the faint hearted, i've pulled my processor twice, because you have to to remove the logic board in my machine, and it was highly stressful). i'm an experienced tech and i don't even like unplugging the processor module because of the fragility of the connector. i think they used a more rugged (but less electrically nice) connector on the earlier machines. in any case, check xlr8yourmac.com for more info.
