Hi, I bought a generic PC100 256MB SDRAM and found out that it didn't work
in my B&W. I returned it and exchanged it for a PC133 256 SDRAM (I read
before that PC133s will actually work in the B&W). I installed it along
with my older 128 PC100 SDRAMs and all seemed well in OS X.1.5. However to
my surprise when I checked the About This Mac it reported that instead of
having 640 I only had 512! Why did the 256 get cut in half? Is it because
I'm using a PC133 SDRAM instead of PC100? Heck I don't mind it since I
still have 512 but I would like to know if this is expected OR should I
worry about mixing the 133 with the 100s? Thanks in advance.
