Folks,

I have a little home network (machines listed in sig below). I just
installed Jaguar on my G3 DT and while I am new to OS X, I have been
working with all the various incarnations of the Mac OS since the Lisa.

I would like to use my G3 running Jaguar in the following manner. I have
individual partitions (one for each family member, read/write) on the G3 so
that they might be able to use them for important files (I will back them
up to CD). I also have a partition that I want to be able to share (read
only) with all of the others on the network. I also have other partitions
on the G3 that I want to keep private.

How can I set up Jaguar to allow the above? Any hints/tips/websites that
might detail this? TIA for any help you good folks can provide me.

Colin
