ramBunctious (SP??) does have a OSX version that works just fine! Check 
out version tracker to find the most recent version.

However...

I used to sleep my hard drive in OS9.x.x and use the RAM disk. Because 
of the design of OSX, the hard drive wont sleep while programs are 
running- a function of the Virtual Memory paging, so most of my reason 
for using the RAM disk is not valid anymore. Your needs may be 
different of course.
