Very True. I once had a major problem with my Mac OS. This was back in the days of System 7.6.1. (This was before I knew how to properly fix a computer) The Tech at the ComputerWare Mac Store in Berkeley, Ca, recommend I buy Norton and boot off it to repair my hard drive. So I bought it, and did what he told me. It did such a good job, that it made my entire system unbootable. Not even DiskWarrior could save it. I lost everything. I can't tell you how pissed off I was. But I got my revenge. I ended up getting a job there, and became schooled in the proper ways to fix a Mac. Guess who wasn't working there after I got hired. :-)
