That puzzles me, the only thing that you should NOT fix with Norton it's the
files that begin with a period like this ".help" or such thing, Norton
explains clearly right on screen that while Apple recommended against doing
that in the past it is ok now; however it still asks you if you want to fix
it, it replaces the dot (.) for a line (_), pretty ingenious. I only did it
once as an accident but I've always waited for the "period dialog" since
them, instead of choosing repair without looking. This happened to me cause
I wan't paying attention, a lot of people don't read what Norton displays and
then complain about Norton ruining their system, Norton always warns you,
also how about the Norton undo files??? With such thing there's no reason to
screw up.

The icon bit on or off whatever errors are not really serious problems and
can be bypassed if desired I've always chose fix and never had to feel sorry
about it.
