I'm using the Mail app that comes with 10.2....and I must say I love 
it.  On any of these messages to see all of the headers, just go to the 
View Menu and click 'View All Headers'.  Having done that,  I can 
plainly see the information to unsubscribe from the list:
                List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
So, my friend, to unsubscribe simply send mail to 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and you'll  then get a message back to 
confirm that you indeed want off.  Reply to it and your off.....what 
could be simpler.  Not to malign AOL users, 'cause I too use AOL, but 
some people need to be spoon fed for a longer time than the average 
baby.
