If you're sure the Appletalk control panels weren't just moved or disabled,
you'll need to either install them from a system software installer or from
another machine. If you let the list know what system(s) the 6400s are
running, I'm sure we could come up with the appropriate Appletalk panels.

The 6400, as far as I know, didn't ship with built-in ethernet, and I worry
that any machine without an Appletalk control panel may also be lacking
Appletalking hardware. If you do have to buy ethernet cards for the
machines, I highly recommend going with the PCI option rather than the Comm
II.
