No problem, just stick it in your PC, than depending on which OS you 
have, WIN98 or XP, if you boot from the WIN98 floppy you can FDISK it 
(format and/or partition), if you boot from the WINXP CD there's an 
option in the installer to format and/or partition the drive.
I have a brief file at home which explains step by step how to FDISK. I 
recently had to use this when I built an AMD/ WINXP PC and installed a 
WD 120GB 8MB cache. I partitioned it into 10GB WIN98SE and 100GB for 
WINXP with FDISK, works perfectly.
