FYI: I have a B&W G3 with built-in Lite-On 24102B (24x10x40) with latest firmware update, but it is only bootable via the Startup Disk cp (OS 9/X partition, OS 9/X CD), but will not boot via the 'C' key. > Mine is the same drive, marketed by Cendyne; they're also sold under a > number of other brand names.
