I just started with DirecTV last month, oh well!    I'm in the San 
Francisco Bay Area and am looking at Sonic.net.  They have static IP 
standard (1 address or 4 addresses, same price).  From what I've 
found they are well respected.  I really can't say anything more 
about them.
